JOB TITLE                                               Specialist Performance & Operation Executive

 

 

REPORTING TO                                     Specialist Performance & Operations Manager

 

 

LOCATION                                              Korea

 

 

 

 

MAIN PURPOSE

Performance & Operations Executive will be responsible to assist the Cartier SP team with providing adequate business insights and analysis.

Also responsible to support Cartier external partners (Watch POS) to accomplish company’s financial target & operational excellence.

Also to enhance the sales, client experience, partners & SP team’s productivities, operations, client experiences and monitoring POS to respect Cartier’s guidelines & policies

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sales Operations

 

- Sales Monitoring, S/O Operation and Regularly Follow Up with POS to Support Sales Performance monitoring POS KPIs

- Sales Data Analysis and Monthly Incentive Pay Out Management

- Support Incentive Scheme Development.

- Staff (Ambassador) Data Analysis and Management

- Cartier Application (PBI, Looker) Data Analysis     

- POS Event Support (CDE, Sales Event and other POS events)

- OOH / EOY Arrangement and Implementation.

- POS Visit to Uphold Cartier Standard and Client Experience.

 

POS Operations

 

- Monitor & Control of SP team’s Budget & Expense.

- Cartier Tool (Application) Management (Retail Univ. Catalogue, CE, MS) and Related Data Analysis & Reporting

- Specialist Network Project Support (POS Open / Closing / Pop Up / Pop In)     

- Cartier Tools (PBI, LOOKER, and other Applications) Data Management, Operations as Key User.

- CRM (SOB Report, GOAL Program, CE, MS, Other Actions) Follow Up, Provide The Insights to Team & POS

- Communication with POS / Dept. Store to Support The Business (EDM, Other Client related contents)

- Support for CI (Continuous Improvement), and Other POS Operations.

- Organize Annual Training Plan with L&D, S&S – New Comer OT, KOQ Etc.

- Monitoring Implementation of Cartier Guideline & Policies

- Operations for Cartier Meetings, Conference, W&W and Other Business Meetings.

 

Project Management

 

- Lead the Initiatives for various projects of Cartier, Facilitate Implementation, Assessment, and Follow Up.

- Order and Manage Relevant Resources Related to SP Operations (CRM Gifts and Other Projects.)

 

Other

- SAP PO Management

- Coordinate Ad-hoc task and project to implement in SP network.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

- At least +1 year of relevant business experience.

- Experience in luxury retail / travel retail is a plus

- Mature and self-motivated, strong in multi-tasking.

- Client and team centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient PC skills, Excel, PPT and other M/S Office tools.

- Fluent in English for both verbal and written
