HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will support the Cartier Client Relations Center Learning and Development team in Knowledge Management and Assessments.

·  As you main project, you will build a One Stop Shop for all our knowledge and learning plans – including organizing information so that it is easy to search and locate.
·  You will design and store quizzes, case studies and assessments using our internal Learning Management Systems. You will create job aids that are that are simple but effective and meet the needs of our employees.
·  You will manage all learning activities including planning, sending invitations, recording participation and monthly reporting.
·  You will design training course materials and facilitate training in the area of your choice.

 

  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

By being yourself and showing your passion for evaluating skills and knowledge, while demonstrating a pro-active approach.

You are currently enrolled in a university program focusing on Design, Training, Communications or related field and are available full-time (or 4 days per week) for 6 months, as of August/September. You must be enrolled for the duration of the internship. Clear communication in English is not an issue for you. Overall, you will pro-actively support the team in operations and projects, utilizing your strong technology skills (Microsoft office, Sharepoint, OneDrive, OneNote). 

Creativity and thoughtfulness are strengths that you aim to apply to building Knowledge Management and Assessments. You have an eye for detail and are a strong team player.

You will have a unique internship experience which will give you full insight into how a luxury brand develops their employees through L&D initiatives. Our office is located in the center of Amsterdam, along the beautiful Herengracht. Your team members will gladly share their years of expertise with you, so you can expect to gain broad experience in Learning and Development. Don’t worry, this is a paid internship (including commuting allowance).
