HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As Merchandising & Content Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Cartier European e-commerce team with a direct impact on developing our online sales and maximizing our website’s conversion.
You will coordinate our European website calendar for content & merchandising updates, and strongly contribute to the user experience optimization as well as the launch of new features.
You will take ownership of upholding the quality our brand in offering an inspiring, personalized and efficient online experience for our valued clients.
You are a key player within the team, as you have direct impact on results - optimizing, adapting and developing the online display of Cartier creations and services.
You will report to the Digital & Conversion Specialist and work closely with Cartier central departments as well as our key e-commerce contacts in the European markets on local needs and operational questions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· You coordinate our European website content calendar, defining our home page plan and recommending content updates in collaboration with Cartier central communication as well as the local markets.
· You optimize and implement directly in our back-office weekly merchandising animations to display the right product in the right place: product selections, ranking, cross selling, website search results, personalization.
· You are responsible for the website catalogue quality, making sure it is aligned with stock levels and relevant content. There is a strong focus on product launches and peak seasons
· In collaboration with our European Traffic Specialist. you recommend and implement website content updates to improve our SEO ranking on top queries in our top markets.
· You consolidate, prioritize market requests and feedback, implement and follow-up local content adaptations to support local launches, events and specific sales trends.
· You analyze and monitor closely our website performance, customer journey, product performance and market trends, to optimize our conversion and ensure the ROI of all your merchandising & on-site digital actions.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
By being yourself and showing your passion for merchandising and content coordination in a large ecommerce environment.
· Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Marketing
· Relevant experience in e-commerce or another digital environment
· Good understanding of digital merchandising principles and consumer buying behavior
· Pro-active and enthusiastic with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
· Team player, motivated working with cross-functional and international teams
· Organized with experience in executing projects and a strong attention to detail
· Data driven mindset, good analytical skills and are client + sales driven
· Self-starter with a commercial drive and sales oriented
· Able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
