Do you match this profile?
· Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
· 3+ years of experience in a similar position
· Strong analytical skills with an attitude to data analysis and reporting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude
· Fluent in Italian and English
· Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI will be considered as a plus

What do we expect from you?
· Product development:
· Support creative briefs and competitor/trend analysis.
· Coordinate the product development process from brief ideation to in-market performance, including product definition, forecasting, pricing and sales analysis, market input and feedback on the collections.
· Support with Production follow-up, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Provide monthly global analysis for novelties, key learning and action plans.
· Identify products to continue/discontinue based on sales and Maison strategy.
· Merchandising Planning and Execution:
· Coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial team to develop merchandising plan that supports business objectives.
· Monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations for product assortment and replenishment.
· Analyzing the effectiveness of merchandising programs and making adjustments as needed.
· Pricing Analysis and Implementation:
· Conducting market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends.
· Developing and recommending pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
· Implementing and maintaining pricing structures across different product lines and channels.
· Ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency in all systems and communications.
· Analyzing the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability.
· Contribute to the worldwide pricing reviews
