Steeped in emblematic addresses around the world, from Saint-Honoré to New Bond Street to Fifth Avenue, all 60 Delvaux boutiques are different. Official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883, Delvaux has always shared and celebrated Belgian cultural references and values.

 

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst.

 

Part of International Commercial team, you will report to the Head of Business Performance and Retail Operations. You will participate in the creation of a Retail KPI operation model in line with Merchandising targets and Client equation. You will follow up the key deliverables to ensure accurate reporting. Within this role you will closely work with the regions, HQ Merchandising, Finance, Client, E-comm and Supply.

 

Retail Planning Model

·  Support the creation of a Retail Planning Model: bottom-up targets per store (Retail KPIs, Merch KPIs, Client KPIsàTotal Sales) and monthly reforecast of Commercial Budgets in line with targets for each store/region
·  Work closely with Merchandising and Client team to ensure that the we have a full equation Total Sales – Retail KPIs – MFP/OTB – Client equation
·  Participate in Financial Budget reviews (4 reforecast per year) to support on Commercial view and liaise with Merch and Supply

 

 

Retail performance analysis

·  Lead production of weekly & monthly reporting suite on business activities collection/synthesis of data from several sources for Exco and regional CEOs
·  Field questions from retail departments and markets related to weekly/monthly reports and perform ad hoc, deep dive analyses on request.
·  Create supplemental bespoke reports for key stakeholders.
·  Regularly solicit feedback from the markets on improvement opportunities for monthly insights; continuously evolve the report based on their input.
·  Development of client analysis, merch, E-comm and supply in collaboration with HQ stakeholders for official reporting
·  Monitor sales through different commercial analysis and initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to optimize sales – discuss with HQ Commercial teams on commercial activations, launch plan and the sales impact
·  Proposition of the development of new relevant reports: sales/sqm, sales per sales advisor, … and participate in discussion how to improve trading
·  Review of competitor sales and mapping with regions
·  Strategy Decks: coordinate with stakeholders to develop content for key leadership meetings
·  Take part in the preparation of global and regional performance review presentations.

 

 

Project Management

·  Lead, support coordination and execute project of a new BI system and accompany IT Teams within the business development and logic
·  Follow-up on the accuracy and development of Qlikview and Qliksense applications with IT
·  Upon validation of wave 4 integration liaise HQ and Richemont teams in the coordination for Business Performance structure and processes

 

Stock Analysis support

·  Support stock analysis when Retail Ops Manager is absent (stock per family, ageing, …) and liaise with Merch on KPIS
·  Participate in S&OP to measure Commercial impact and brainstorm with Head of and CCO on actions to take

 

Profile

 

Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years

Analytical: market research, analyzing and generating insights from large data sets

Industry : retail preferred

Technical: advanced in Excel and PowerPoint and PowerBI is a must

Soft-Skills: critical-thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, cross-functional team collaboration; presenting to senior management

Proficiency in French & English
