Job description

JOB TITLE: Buccellati Brand Coordinator (1 year contract)

 

REPORTING TO: Managing Director

 

MAIN PURPOSE:

The main purpose of Brand Coordinator’s roles & responsibilities are to ensure the smooth daily operations of Buccellati Korea office. With close communication with Retail and supply chain executives, the person will be focusing on providing quality service to internal and external partners with the objective of creating effective and efficient business environments. During the Buccellati project period which will last for approx.1 year, he or she will be helping office functions (majorly retail and supply chain) so the function in charge can focus more with the project.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  In charge of overall administrative works in the office
·  Support Retail team’s daily operational tasks as requested
·  Support Product and Merchandizing team’s daily operational tasks as requested
·  Utilize SAP (PO creation, vendor creation, etc.) and follow up with related tasks including payments
·  Supporting Retail in month end process (OT, roaster, expense, etc.)
·  Handle BTQ inquiries and provide answers/solutions in timely manner in coordination with office functions (product delivery schedule tracking, repair request, etc.)
·  Understand and manage BTQ compliance tasks (price / compliance tag arrangements, translation, etc.)
·  Support Retail in managing PLV inventory (Shoppers, VM props, etc.) / Uniforms
·  Report defective product to HQ and follow up with repairing / logistics
·  Report / troubleshoot system errors (Retail Pro, SAP, Collection Book, Sales Force, etc.)
·  Stationary order / other admin tasks

 

Requirements:

·  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail business
·  Sufficient English capability required 
·  Highly organized, detail oriented, customer-centric, growth mindset, optimistic, communicative
·  Strong numerical works (sufficient skills with MS Office tools)
