HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be the first and last impression for our esteemed clients. Your impact will be in orchestrating an exceptional welcome, ensuring a seamless and delightful journey through our boutique, and upholding the unparalleled image of Cartier through every interaction. You will play a crucial role in managing client flow and waiting times, transforming moments of anticipation into opportunities for engagement and discovery, and contributing to the overall excellence of our boutique operations.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Your mission will be to elevate the client experience to the highest standards of luxury. Among your key responsibilities, you will:
- Client Welcoming & Engagement: Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival, embodying the Cartier image with professionalism and courtesy. You will ensure a consistent, excellent experience, including thanking clients upon their departure and offering engaging storytelling about the Maison, the boutique, and local initiatives, as well as boutique discovery tours.
- Seamless Client Journey Management: Expertly manage client waiting times using our dedicated BOA application, providing clear information and ensuring a smooth flow within the boutique. You will register client data, direct them to comfortable waiting areas, and offer refreshments and readings, ensuring they are always cared for.
- Personalized Client Orientation: Assess client needs and questions, guiding them to the appropriate department and introducing them to our Sales Associates for personalized service.
- Boutique Excellence & Operations: Contribute to maintaining the boutique's impeccable condition at all times and rigorously adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Operational Support (if applicable): Provide support with gift wrapping, managing the packaging area, replacing silk cords, and preparing certificates.
