YOUR MISSION:
Provides support to retailers and account managers on product availability and market intelligence.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Conduct thorough research and select pertinent information to analyze key themes and trends using primary data sources and advanced business intelligence tools.
- Advise on the design and implementation of new processes and systems that adhere to professional standards and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and develop basic elements of the data management system under the guidance of senior colleagues to achieve specified outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of policies, procedures, and guidelines within the area of expertise to ensure compliance with external requirements and internal standards.
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive data and analytics reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor budgets, track variances, and report findings to senior colleagues for further action.
- Review and innovate existing operations to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing detailed information on processes and policies, escalating issues when necessary.
- Set and pursue personal objectives, utilizing performance management systems to enhance personal and team performance; oversee the performance of junior colleagues, allocate tasks, review completion, and take corrective actions to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Develop professional capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching; maintain relevant external professional accreditation to enhance performance and potential.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and engaging with specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Proven experience as an independent practitioner in a commercial analysis role.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising junior colleagues and managing team performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills to guide process and system improvements.
- Proficiency in data management systems and business intelligence tools.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
