HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Are you passionate about luxury retail and meticulous inventory management? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the Turkiye-based Cartier team has to offer? As a Back Office Executive, you will assist the department in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of merchandise within the boutique.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to act as the guardian of the boutique's inventory, to assist the Boutique & Office Manager team in maintaining optimal stock levels, to support the Client Relations Center in fulfilling distant sales orders, as well as ensuring compliance with all stock handling procedures. This position is special because it is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring a seamless client experience.
· Inventory Management
· Manage all stock movement (stock reception, transfers, consignments)
· Control the quality of all stock transfers (reception and departure)
· Manage client reservations
Stock Control and Accuracy
· Manage the recurring stock count (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
· Manage all additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.)
· Ensure that all stock is accounted for at all times
Compliance and Operational Support
· Ensure that stock handling is in line with all compliance procedures and rules
· Support the Client Relations Center with distant sales packing and preparation of administrative documents
· Assist with cash desk management and bank deposits as needed
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have a base of experience in a similar field, preferably in retail or inventory management.
· Computer skills: basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Understanding of inventory management principles
· As a Back Office Executive, you lead with passion for maintaining accurate inventory and supporting the team
· You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact/collaborate within a team.
· You are able to manage stress and confidentiality with a high-level of discretion.
· You are at ease multitasking and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and schedules
· As a strong partner to the team, you can easily evolve with a variety of topics ensuring support, transparent communication, and close follow ups.
· You are able to organize a daily workload by priorities and demonstrate proven organizational & project management skills.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
· Ability to deal with people from all backgrounds and provide excellent support
· Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
· You have experience in inventory management systems and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
· You are fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written Turkish and English mandatory (Additional language skills are a plus)
