For this Assistant Manager, Inventory- High Jewelry role, we are looking for the ideal candidate who have a bachelor’s degree, with experience in Jewelry or Luxury sector, The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills. Ability to multitask and remain agile amidst a dynamic work environment. Excellent communication and content creation skills are a must. 1-2 years of experience in marketing or merchandising, retail experience is a plus. We are looking for a proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate individual with the potential of future development within the Maison. Proficiency in Windows environment, particularly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in French is a plus. Flexibility to travel as needed.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

The Assistant Manager, Inventory, High Jewelry, is the key to ensuring the appropriate inventory allocation and agility to leverage every business opportunity in the Americas and convey the High Jewelry image across the network. This role is supporting the High Jewelry Inventory Manager to allocate, transfer, rebalance and manage inventory movements within the Region as well as import/export movements with the international teams.

This person will report to the Manager, High Jewelry Inventory and is based in NY.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

 

·  Coordinate adequate allocation of High Jewelry inventory across the network according to business needs and image
·  Support Manager in executing action plans related to High Jewelry inventory management
·  Execute and oversee inbound/exports along with international rotation
·  Work hand in hand with supply chain to ensure appropriate allocation of repetitive High Jewelry
·  Oversee Quality Control process with CS/Workshop teams and monitor repair needs
·  Collaborate with Regional Visual Merchandising team on plans for specific focuses during strategic rotation, and new boutique openings
·  Execute pre and post event allocation including attending & facilitating HJ events as needed
·  Collaborate with HJ Development Retail team to provide the best support to reach sales objectives
·  Support PR needs for editorials, events consignment etc.
·  Ensure transparent communication and develop collaboration with HQ counterparts
·  Ensure accuracy of product information on intranet PICUS

Expected Salary Range- $80K- $90K /yearly

 

This role is eligible for a yearly bonus.
