Job description
HR COORDINATION
Induction
· Coordination with HR ops to follow up on employee life cycle (from probation to leave)
· Update on-boarding presentation when needed (2-3/year)
· Welcome co-animation
· Mail to Manager/IT/Finance to prepare the arrival of the newcomer
· Welcome kit management
· Enboarder follow-up/optimisation with HRBP / Region
· Monthly follow-up with IT for the On-Boarding
· Organise every 3 months VCA welcome lunch nearby the office
In collaboration/alignment with HRBP:
· Register training plan (SMP) or coaching for Manager
· Manager’s coffee / Manager’s toolbox tbd
Training needs
Needs consolidation & follow-up:
· Training plan definition and validation with HRBP and L&D Manager
· Follow up with HRBPs / Managers
Training roll out & evaluation:
· Identify the supplier / validation with HRBP and L&D Manager
· Supplier Account creation if new
· Support on organisation of the session / communication
· PEC management (creation session) / Register all trainings in PEC (at individual level)
· Participants management (invitation, change, reminder Room, catering management)
· Support L&D Manager in evaluation after training to receive feedback
Budget management:
· PO creation & migo management
· Invoices follow up / mid-year closing
· Budget monitoring with HRBP / HR controlling - follow up during LE and update if needed
LMS & KPI monitoring:
· Yearly KPI report / Ad hoc KPI on training launch with L&D Manager
Culture / People Experience
· Support in the organization of Event on Sense of belonging and Key moments for the FY
· Engagement Survey - strong support to HRBP on communication, roll-out & action plans
Project management
· Support or lead on ongoing HR projects (BTQ Management Training, mentorship, etc)
HR Support
· MPJ yearly refresh with HRBP: help in the tracking of completion, spread analysis, follow up with managers
· On some tools (Forms, Intranet…)
· Ad hoc communication (email/Intranet/sharepoint)
· Support Talent management during career committees
HR Recruitment
· Coordinate the recruitment process with HRBP for perm roles / Lead recruitments for internships and temporary contracts
· Back-up TA Partner
