Job Description

The job  VAT Accountant (F/M) is part of the team INDUSTRIAL GL ACCOUNTING team.

The job cand be localized in   B ucuresti or in Mioveni.

Responsibilities :

· 
Extract and format data from SAP

· 
Perform mass consistency check to identify VAT code errors

· 
Perform random checks to verify the consistency between the data on the invoice and accounting data in SAP.

· 
Perform the compliance check on invoices, contact suppliers and monitor the compliance.

· 
Verify the accuracy of invoices compared to the mapping flow

· 
Alert the team in charge of booking invoices on the imputation errors

· 
Escalate the complexe or recurring cases to the DCGr team

· 
Prepare different statments which allows the DCGr team to carry out various VAT declarations and notably :

· 
The CA3

· 
Management of 8th Directive (La Gestion de la 8ème directive)

· 
Management of tax representations in European countries

· 
Archive the supporting documents in order to provide to the tax authorities.

· 
Participate in Month end closing, analysis and justifications of the accounts.

· 
Produce the expected report on time

PROFILE:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Finance in an accredited university

· 
Advanced French and English knowledge

· 
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in auxiliary accounting or General accounting, including a minimum of 2 years of experiences in VAT management, if possible French fiscality

· 
Motivated, rigorous, attentive to details, with the ability to work in short-term activities

· 
Business culture and ability to work in an international and multicultural environment; excellent communication and relationship skills

·
