Job Description

· 
Deliver Bill of materials for vehicle projects (PC, LCV, PWT) and update serial life information for one or several GFEs 

· 
Gathering requirements from workflows: OneTD, Sharepoint, connect with designer teams & PDT/CPDOC 

· 
Create / update BOM information inside enterprise tools based on input and analysis (perimeters = BIW, Trims, chassis, electrical, PWT), with strict adherence of entire delivery within given timeframe. 

· 
Perform quality checks : be able assess deliveries for said GFEs 

· 
Communicate in a proactive way: information to counterparts & management regarding activity, progress, completion status, blockages & delays. 

· 
Continuous skill up on rules and functioning of the Technical Documentation (O56, BMIR, RDE, Data Security and Traceability Rule) and company project management (LEAP100) 

· 
Be SPOC for specific activities: projects, plateau project support, change management
