Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Service and Insurance, this person will be responsible for managing the team monthly portfolio, invoicing, commissions, finance reconciliation and the team mailbox. They will also closely support the team with service plan operations and insurance products reporting.
What will you do:
· Prepare and update the monthly portfolio on a monthly basis on the team performance
· Hold regular meetings with our controlling team to ensure all invoices and payments are up to date
· Assist in managing the approval process, including handling Dealer General Letters, Change management, Product study…
· Manage the team mailbox, ensuring prompt responses and customer satisfaction. Manage and update the FAQ.
· Load the claims in Sigma
· Participate in testing procedures as needed
· Manage termination contracts to be closed in Sigma
· Compile and prepare team KPIs on a monthly basis
· Assist the service plan team in managing rejections
· Provide support to the wider Marketing team as required
What will you have:
· Enthusiastic and able to work independently, using own initiative.
· Keen to develop knowledge and be curious about the market we are operating within and future opportunities it may present.
· Able to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
· Comfortable with managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
· Effective written & verbal communication skills.
· Flexible team player with the ability to communicate at all levels.
· Excellent PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel)
· Ability and comfortable with software and applications.
