Job Description

Postul Responsabil payroll si retineri (F/M)  face parte din Directia Resurse Umane / HR SHARED SERVICES CENTER .

Postul este localizat Mioveni.

Responsabilitati:

· 
Administreaza fluxul de activitati privind calcul/plata salarii si retineri legale pentru societatile Renault Romania

· 
Asigura calitatea prestatiei de calcul/plata drepturi salariale si retineri legale, precum si a livrabilelor pe care le genereaza, certifica si transmite catre DAF la termenele angajate.

· 
Programeaza, verifica si valideaza sesiunile de calcul/plata salarii si retineri in SI BPU la termenele prevazute in planul lunar de activitati SIRH conform Calendarului lunar de plati salariale .

· 
Monitorizeaza tranzactiile de plata salarii/tichete de masa si retineri legale in SI BPU si rezultatele acestor tranzactii, inregistrand fiecare din erorile constatate si contribuind la eliminarea lor prin interventie directa in SI BPU sau prin colaborarea cu Digital&Payroll Control ;

· 
Genereaza, verifica si certifica livrabilele de calcul/plata salarii, retineri si tichete de masa

· 
Asigura validarea tiparirii la furnizor a buletinelor de plata (fluturasi) conform contractului.

· 
Gestioneaza activitatea de calcul/plata drepturi salariale care nu sunt automatizate in SI BPU, respectand reglementarile interne in vigoare (centralizare si verificare documentatie ajutoare nastere / deces conform reglementari interne GRR, plati salariale in afara SI RH si concedieri individuale);

· 
Participa, daca este cazul, la proiectele de evolutii SI BPU privind calcul/plata salarii, retineri legale.

Profil cautat:

· 
Studii superioare

· 
Experienta in domeniul HR sau juridic reprezinta avantaj

· 
Buna cunoastere a pachetului MS Office

· 
Cunoasterea si utilizarea sistemelor informatice de payroll reprezinta un avantaj (SAP)

· 
Cunostinte de legislatia muncii reprezinta un avantaj

· 
Limbi straine: engleza nivel conversational, franceza reprezinta un avantaj

· 
Abilitati de comunicare, lucru in transvers

· 
Capacitate de analiza si sinteza

· 
Orientare catre client
