Main Responsibilities:

• Field of Activity:  Vehicle electrical/electronic architecture and manufacturing process, Vehicle Electrical Process.

• Optimize QCDRhE for Electrical/Electronic Series:

•Analyze upcoming product modifications within your scope and their impact on the factory.

•Lead the industrialization of new products in the factory (evolutions, limited series, and derivative versions).

•Conduct feasibility and risk management analyses.

•Make quality/cost decisions regarding the need for industrial studies and manage their implementation.

•Ensure the application of decided product/process modifications according to defined feasibility.

Contribute to Industrial System Performance:

•Study and implement temporary solutions to quality issues (according to Customer Satisfaction Plan objectives).

•Contribute to achieving factory objectives by proposing well-argued product modifications (productivity, quality, costs, safety, ergonomics, etc.).

•Propose budgetary savings on products (Total Delivery Cost).

•Participate in validating solutions concerning primary flows to ensure part integrity.

•Provide support for complex N2 analysis topics.

Desired Profile:

• Educational Background:  Higher technical education (engineering).

• Experience and Skills:  Proven experience and competence in the field.

• Experience in Piloting, Cabling, E&E:  Strong abilities in analysis and synthesis.

• Language Proficiency:  Intermediate level in English and French.
