Job Description

Postul Chef projet ingénierie distribution face parte din UET-ul Vehicles Engineering & Documentation > Departamentul Projects & Engineering > DIR ANTENNA SUPPLY CHAIN din cadrul Directiei GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES ROMANIA

Responsibilities :

· 
Design and optimize vehicle distribution schemes

· 
Develop and ensure the perpetuation of the expertise on the geographical and functional area of responsibility

· 
Define the optimal vehicle transport solutions

· 
Write technical specifications to prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ’s) for new tenders

· 
Participate in the development of new processes, tools & information systems

Profile:

· 
Higher education graduated

· 
Previous experience in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain (an advantage on the outbound distribution or project management field)

· 
Skills to process databases, analyze and interpret information

· 
Excel knowledge at an intermediate / advanced level in EXCEL, ACCESS, Business Object (BO), Business Intelligence (BI), LOOKER

· 
Advanced knowledge of English and French

· 
Ability to synthesize and analytical thinking

· 
Good communication skills both written and spoken

· 
Proactivity and self-motivation

· 
Good interrelationship skills

· 
Good ability to organize and plan ahead

· 
Ability to analyze, rigor, reactivity, ability to work transversally and in the project team
