More than 6 years Relevant body parts design & development experience

CAD experience

Expert in ISO GD&T

Design & Develop parts of car body using latest techniques
Liaison with other global & cross functional teams.

Manage his task and assign task to team. Support Team lead in achieving project deliverables with focus on QCT.

Deploy requirements to suppliers, In-house manufacturing and manage schedule

Ensure quality of delivered design output by team & suppliers
Mentor sub ordinates to ensure continuous skill up

Propose and implement value engineering ideas
Solve quality issues with speed and adopt necessary recurrence prevention techniques

Ensure adherence to standard process available in the department
