We are looking for a forward-thinking  Employer Branding Responsible  to help shape our employer brand and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Location:  Bucharest, Mioveni
Department:  Talent & Development
Reports to:  Head of Talent & Development

What You’ll Do:

· 
Design and execute impactful employer branding strategies aligned with Renault Group’s global vision and local talent needs.

· 
Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, social media posts, employee stories) that brings our employee experience to life.

· 
Manage and grow our presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, career site) to attract top talent.

· 
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, and HR teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.

· 
Organize and participate in employer branding events (career fairs, university events, online campaigns).

· 
Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, application rates) to continuously improve our impact.

· 
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on employer branding trends and best practices.

· 
Support internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement and advocacy.

What You Bring:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field;

· 
3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, events and communications;

· 
Fluency in English; French is a plus;

· 
Driving license - must have;

· 
Strong content creation and storytelling skills - both visual and written;

· 
Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools;

· 
Excellent project management and organizational skills;

· 
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action;

· 
Creative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a wide range of HR initiatives;

· 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
