Job Announcement:

Electrical/Electronic Control and Programming Pilot

Position Overview:

We are searching for a skilled professional to oversee the piloting of electrical/electronic control and programming tools. The PEV pilot will ensure the feasibility of requested controls in the context of product/process evolution, define control tool specifications and programming if necessary, and monitor their implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure the feasibility of requested controls and define specifications for control tools and electrical/electronic programming.

•Oversee the reception and repeatability of control tools in manufacturing.

•Ensure system startup and user training.

•Participate in STR and Quality committees as needed.

Control and Programming Scope:

•Create, order, and maintain control intervals using tools like SIDIS, ECOS, BENCH RANGE, etc.

•Ensure the workload is properly allocated in E&E control posts (time ranges, staffing templates).

Control and Programming Intervals:

•Troubleshoot and start control ranges (manage interval index increases).

•Ensure correct implementation of usage instructions for control ranges and provide operator training in control post

•Draft control ranges.

Desired Profile:

•Higher technical education (engineering).

•Experience and skills in piloting, cabling, E&E.

•Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

•Language proficiency (English/French - intermediate level).
