Job Description

·  Development of HVAC part includes concept design, vehicle integration, design freeze & problem analysis during development stage
·  To prepare schedule, validation plan (ONEVAL)
·  Bench marking of parts and detailed analysis in competitor vehicles
·  Liaison with cross-functional teams (such as purchase, manufacturing, quality, other design departments and styling)
·  Suppliers (tier 1) CAD data checking, 3D CAD Hands on experience and Knowledge in ISO GD&T
·  QCDP preparation
·  Well versed in PSW process and ANPQP tool
·  To interact with global team during development
·  Manage relationship with suppliers relevant to his/her parts design / development experience.
·  Knowledge of design review process and relevant regulations / standards
·  Value Engineering / Cost Reduction Study experience
·  Investigate on design for assembly, design for service requirements
·  Has a comprehensive technical analysis and judgment skill
·  Able to interpret results / make recommendations for the project
·  Cost Reduction Study experience at component and vehicle level
