·  Field Quality study and virtual /Physical JI for PWT parts
·  Vehicle level duplication / SWAP analysis /data recording [DDT & INCA tool]
·  Dealer visit / Suppler visit /Plant process walk for field quality concern
·  QC story & FTA preparation update and review with PFE/Designer
·  Teardown analysis / Part inspection at plant
·  GCAR/PIR /PQR update in tool for closing the concern with VQM team
·  Daily tracking sheet update for concern & Weekly QLT report update for GM meeting
·  Monthly MIS data update – Quality Dashboard
·  War room Dashboard update and display to VQM
