·  Mise en œuvre de plan de rupture au profil de la performance
·  Aider à la digitalisation des animations et routines dans la démarche 4.0
·  Travailler sur l’ergonomie des postes de travail

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :

·  Analyser la NVA et proposer des ruptures
·  Analyser les animations et routines, pour les digitaliser par la suite dans la démarche 4.0
·  Améliorer l’ergonomie des postes de travail en travaillant avec les managers de proximité
