Job Description

Les missions :

·  Suivi des indicateurs RH et mise en place de plans d'actions associés (Absentéisme, entretiens individuels, etc)
·  Préparation, participation et animation des comités RH mensuels des départements
·  Suivi des parcours d'évolution de carrière (vivier, mobilités, etc)
·  Mise à jour de la Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences (GPEC)
·  Suivi des dossiers du personnel à aptitude réduite
·  Aide et soutien aux managers dans leurs missions RH
·  Préparation des questions pour les commissions de proximités département
·  Pilotage d’un sujet à définir dans le cadre de ton mémoire
