Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de l’usine SOFRASTOCK International, vous avez un rôle de Chargé(e) des Ressources Humaines.

Vos missions :

Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et êtes amené(e) à participer aux différents sujets RH 

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes en fonction de votre profil:

- Gestion individuelle et collective : Disciplinaire, révision des rémunérations, etc.

- Gestion de l’intérim

- Formation

- Bilan social

Votre profil :

Vous préparez un Master en Ressources Humaines d’une durée d’un ou deux ans. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, organisé, vous savez faire preuve de réactivité.
