P&G’s Supply Network Operations (SNO) organization is there to meet these challenges: Forecasting customer demand, handling the information flows from orders, shipments and invoices and leading the physical distribution process from Distribution Centre to the customer’s shelf. Our careers offer a wide variety of experiences including customer interface, people management, business analysis, project leadership and policy development.
As a Supply Network Operations (SNO) intern, you are given major responsibilities from Day One and will:
·Lead projects in supply chain management that will challenge your analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·Contribute to the management of our logistical relations with a customer.
·Work within multi-functional teams, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver initiatives that support P&G’s strategy.
·Be responsible and take ownership of your results, acting as an entrepreneur in your area of the business.
·Play a meaningful role in innovating solutions that deliver best-in-class service to our customers and consumers.
·Grow your skills through a variety of on-the-job experiences, specialized training, coaching and mentoring.
During your internship, P&G focuses on learning more about you, and evaluates if you are the right fit for a full-time position. Similarly, this is also an opportunity for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we can provide. You will have a mid-term and end-of-term evaluation, which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as areas for development. Upon completion of your co-op term, your performance will be evaluated and discussion of future full-time offers from P&G will be discussed openly and with candor.

Candidates must be available as of January 6 th , 2020 or May 4 th , 2020 for an 8- or 12-month internship. We encourage students graduating in 2021 or early 2022 from all disciplines to apply. Students with Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics and Business backgrounds have typically found our roles to be a good fit with their interests.
