As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll have the responsibility to attract and source the talent P&G needs for the future, in a competitive and fast paced external environment. You will lead your team to deliver all of P&G’s critical entry-level hires and partner with our central experienced hiring team to deliver our needs in this segment. You will stay highly connected with the external market landscape, use data-based insights and creativity to build longer-term offline and online attraction strategies, develop strong candidate pipelines and deliver immediate hiring requirements. You will work directly with, and influence, business leaders, external partners and other HR professionals in a dynamic, world-class business. This is not a typical HR work – you will act as the strategic HR partner to the business leaders across of our organization in SEE to deliver truly significant and tangible business results.


With us you will:

·       Provide Talent Acquisition leadership to our SEE businesses, spread across 4 countries – Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Greece.

·       Lead our in-market team, responsible for our entry level employer-branding and attraction activities, hiring targets and development projects in SEE.

·       Actively partner with business and HR leadership to manage workforce planning and then to design and deliver recruitment strategies, processes and solutions to meet short- and long-term goals. You will build and optimize a diverse, constantly evolving ecosystem to attract and source our prime prospects, working through multiple channels across both physical and digital environments.

·       Lead change and process improvement initiatives that contribute to the improvement of Talent Acquisition results.

·       Bring croup and market insights and knowledge into the organization.

·       Assess, analyze and build capability needs within your team and partners.

·       Own the local of Talent Acquisition budget.

·       Lead, or contribute to regional Talent Acquisition projects to further develop our capabilities, tools and processes.

Job Qualifications

·       Experience in leading talent attraction / acquisition and managing employer branding in a large international organization, with a proven track record of accountability and results delivery.

·       Previous experience as Team Leader and Strategic Partner in a matrix organization.

·       Strong leadership and teamwork skills, together with ability to partner with and influence business partners.

·       Digital Fluency, with using data and analytics to drive insights.

·       Creative approach with strong motivation to inspire change and innovation across organization.

·       Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken)

·       Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.
