YOUR ROLE AS Senior Key Account Manager (M/F/D)
The P&G Professional (PGP) Senior KAM, reporting to the DACH PGP Sales Director is accountable for delivering FSD (Food Service Delivery) and Care Home business acquisition, while managing both direct customers and distributors. This role will require expertise in the German FSD and Care Home landscape . Currently FSD and Care Homes are key priorities and growth opportunities for PGP in the next years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the acquisition, management, and retention of FSD customers in DACH, in alignment with the P&G Professional action plan;
· Responsible for the acquisition of Care Home customers in Germany, via tender processes, with R&D and sales support;
· Builds and manages distributor relationship to improve Care Home management and retention, aligning site roll-out plans, site audits, trainings, roll-out materials & installation planning;
· Owns offer calculations, volume and supply planning and shipment tracking;
· Ensure the execution of the deployed PGP strategies & portfolio priorities;
· Accountable for fiscal year sales results via established Sales Metrics/Scorecard;
· Jointly develops annual medium & large end-user level business plan and goals in alignment with PGP Action Plan;
· Responsible for event budgets and planning;
· Directionally responsible for managing one direct report;
· Support for respective channel events plan and participation;
· Owns outcomes and activities for assigned conventions/exhibitions;
· Lead/participate in special project work as needed;
· Works with the technical service operators to oversee site installations and service;
· Responsible for the effective deployment of territory manager resources;
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results.
· You have previous work experience in Sales, Category Management or Trade Marketing, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
· You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
· You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, change, and proactive initiative.
· You are familiar with the DACH market FSD and Care Home landscape.
· You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
