Your team  

Located at the P&G Cabuyao Plant, you will be a key part of the AMA (Asia, Middle East, and Africa) Global Security Organization and will report to the Philippines Global Risk & Resilience Senior Manager. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with multi-functional teams across all sites in the Philippines and the region. 

How success looks like  

As the Risk & Resilience Manager, you will oversee operations covering geo-political analysis, crisis management, investigations, supply chain risks, and security operations for all P&G sites and its people in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:  

· 
Assumes ownership and accountability in directing risk management for our Philippines sites, formulating and implementing comprehensive risk mitigation plans. 

· 
Contributes to the development of policies, standards, and training programs aimed at safeguarding intellectual property, personnel, facilities, and operations from unauthorized access or potential risks. 

· 
Oversees risk management improvement initiatives spanning various business units, service organizations, and geographic responsibilities. 

· 
Actively participates in and, progressively, takes the lead in a diverse range of investigative activities.

· 
Offers geopolitical insights to assess risks affecting P&G operations in the Philippines. 

·  Cultivates robust professional relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and local government and regulatory bodies.

Job Qualifications

· 
With a bachelor’s degree in political science, law, or related courses. 

· 
0-3 years of relevant risk management experience in private sector multinationals. Experience in working for an FMCG is a plus, but not a requirement. 

· 
Strong communicator with the capacity to positively influence diverse audiences across various organizational levels. 

· 
Creative & analytical thinker capable of proactively analyzing complex challenges and delivering dedicated support.

· 
Preferably has a working knowledge of Outlook 0365 tools, Power Automate tools & Microsoft Power Platform products (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI etc)

· 
Will report on site in our Cabuyao plant. 

· 
Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours as the need arises.
