Job description
Responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the Brand Marketing Vice President and their leadership team.
· Provide proactive VP calendar management and administrative support, including Travel & Expense for the BRM Vice President and B4 LT
· Support the broader organization through specific responsibilities including Business Meeting & Event Management. Support Agile Seating/Office Needs.
· Arranging business meetings and event management/offsites for VP (MKT Lead Team Meetings & Annual Leadership Summit)
· Specific project leadership in the following areas: Media 1:1 Budget, Display Coordinator, NA Baby Care Leadership Team Pre-Reading Preparation
Job Qualifications
· Should be well-versed and/or agility to learn in procurement, purchasing software and work processes e.g. Coupa, BuyIt, iSRAP.
· Familiar with MS office tools (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote) and software applications (Yammer, SharePoint), calendar management, coordinating travel (FCM), handling VP expense reports (Concur)
· Have strong communication (Written and Oral) and collaboration skills.
· Has proactive initiative and ability to prioritize work for self and leader.
· Familiarity with company policy and provide direction, stewardship to organization (support doing the right thing)
· Ability to handle highly sensitive material with confidentiality.
· Possess a high level of flexibility, tact & strong interpersonal skills.
· Have initiative and self-direction with decision-making and problem-solving skills to enable organization.
· Strong Follow through and agility to manage leader and their team in a dynamic business .
