We are looking to hire Marketing Specialists, based out of Mumbai, India.
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Brand fundamentals collation & report publishing
· Support brand team on product claim approval & maintaining roster of approved claims
· Collaborate with brand team to conduct competitive assessment & benchmarking
· Collaborate with internal teams for development and deployment of business planning strategies to sales teams
· Data extraction & analysis from Nielsen/sales reports and collate them in the desired actionable format
· Take ownership of dashboards and Master data files and maintaining / updating them monthly
· Managing CPS on all projects with design & creative agencies
· Coordinate with design agencies to lead e-commerce asset/ content creation & upload on internal & external websites
· Lead coordination for product samples for Brand teams as and when needed
· End to End Owner on PO creation, Proof of performance & GR receipt status.
Job Qualifications
Key Skills & Requirements:-
· Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Minimum 2 years of experience in brand, marketing or marketing services preferably in FMCG industry
· Expertise on MS Excel and Power-point is a must
· Strong Project Management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
· Demonstrates keen interest in understanding customers and shoppers.
· Monitors progress & takes action.
· Strong bias for action, consumer centricity & project management skills
· Experience working in cross functional teams
