Marketing Assistant – Fabric Care
Location: Geneva

The primary focus of this role is to support the European Fabric Care Brand Marketing team with digital marketing support and project managing the process of packaging Artworks creation. This opportunity will require outstanding organisational skills and will be a critical factor for the smooth business operation of the marketing team and the long-term growth of the Fabric Care brands.

This role will suit a pragmatic Marketing Assistant looking to take on more project management responsibility and happy staying in this role for a number of years to develop and support the brands digital marketing strategy.

With us you will:

·  Design and project manage the process of packaging/artwork projects, from briefing to final execution
·  Manage brand digital on-line assets including e-content and search strategy
·  Take responsibility for the creation of marketing materials such as point of sale materials, samples and customer presentations
·  Supporting on budget planning and reporting with Excel reports to global marketing team on a monthly/yearly basis
·  Manage key agency relationships
·  Sourcing, planning content and day to day management of social platforms
·  Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc)
·  Require strong collaborations skills and feel confident connecting with lots of different stakeholders across multi-national teams
·  Have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment

Qualifications

Apply if you have/are:

·  Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant with a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management
·  Proven project management experience, NPD and packaging development would be advantageous
·  Have an approachable, down to earth, independent and persuasive personality with strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills and a constructive, commercial and imaginative approach to problem solving
·  Strong team collaboration skills and a desire to work as part of an international network
·  Strong ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc)
