Our Budapest-based team is looking for ambitious Key Account Specialist with a real passion for business. The role focuses on overall coordination of activities in the small chains dedicated to the role and supporting Senior Key Account

Manager in achieving yearly goals, targets, key initiatives of dedicated small chains.

Responsibilities:

·  Dedicated small chain management - responsibility for sales KPI metrics.
·  Key Account Specialist is a key contributor on overall sales business of small chain partners under leadership of Senior Key Account Manager.
·  Category management cooperation with Buyer as well as supporting distribution, shelving, promotional/marketing activities’ decisions to execute the best shopper based solutions.
·  Coordination and execution of pre-defined trade plan activities.
·  Supporting Senior Key Account Manager in achieving yearly goals, targets, key initiatives of dedicated small chains.
·  Leading yearly negotiation process with small chains in line with sales and key account strategy.
·  Managing allocated budget to small chains.
·  Supporting Field Sales team with regular joint field work.
·  Operational work related to day-to-day business (i.e., volume forecasting, customer reports, updates on trade and competition, etc.).

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

·  Minimum bachelor’s degree (Medical Diploma will be an asset).
·  Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve superior results.
·  Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others.
·  Agility to provide clear direction to sales team to drive the best in-store execution.
·  Microsoft Office skills.
·  Very good negotiation skills with proven track of success.
·  Previous KA experience would be an advantage.
·  Valid driver's license (active driver).
·  Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
