Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. We are specialized in the production of household and cleaning products and every day we produce millions of bottles of trusted brands like Ariel®, Lenor® and Febreze® to serve our consumers around the world.

Your missions :

As part of HR team, you will contribute to several Employee & Labour Relations subjects:

- Talent Supply: recruiting activities (develop sourcing, set the recruiting strategy, attract the targeted profiles, follow up of the hiring processes...)

- Talent Development: contribute to site training coordination, collaboration with operations in order to assess future needs, coordination of training efforts and results

Job Qualifications

What are we looking for:

· 
Studying a Master's degree in Human Resources

· 
Ability and interest in working in a multicultural/diverse environment

· 
Good collaboration skills

· 
Analytical skills and troubleshooting mindset that enable you to propose creative and innovative solutions

· 
Good mastery of the Microsoft Office and social networks

· 
Proficient in English and French.
