Job description

The Role as Corporate Communications Intern is to take responsibility for helping maximize P&G’s reputation behind Citizenship area with specific focus on reporting and communications. The Corporate Communications department is responsible for reputation management P&G content creation and its delivery, as well as delivery of global/regional content to key stakeholders in Spain & Portugal. They also coordinate promotion of brand efforts to maximize the impact of our holistic communication plans. The candidate will help organize events and communicate P&G’s and our brands positive impact on Spanish society and environment through our corporate channels and media, creating & delivering content through collaboration with different departments and external stakeholders. This can include mandatory corporate reporting as well as application to awards. Candidate will also help in employee’s engagement actions for sustainability with Comms sustainability SPOC and HR in order to amplify their commitment on this area and consequently maximize overall impact.

With us you will:

This Special assignment in P&G Communications which will enable you to demonstrate and build your skills in sustainability, community impact and governance - planning, execution, measurement as well as developing local story and toolkit with content for use in our channels and potentially for global report.

· 
Use your collaborations skills to develop stronger programs with external organizations (such as ECOEMBES/Libera, Apadrina un Olivo, Aldeas infantiles) – volunteering opportunities for employees, events, communication.

· 
Use your data reporting skills to develop reporting of P&G and brand programs and include them in the nonfinancial report. Consolidate documentation needed to apply for awards such as MERCO and others. Potential to use latest technology tools (such as power BI) to track measures year on year, including resources used by the offices (water, waste, electricity, emissions…).

· 
You will be working with key stakeholders and you will be partnering with other P&G’ers who lead specific brand or corporate programs to maximize their communication. You will coordinate the requests from external stakeholders (media, events, partners) and press room with your team.

Have the opportunity to grow capability with exposure to a Global programs such as Its our Home and help with Olympics plan to pursue maximization in Spain.

· 
You will be involved in the organization of the “Environment week” – including designing engaging events with employees as well as coordination with external partners.

· 
You will be asked to contribute with your creativity to create content for our digital communication

Job Qualifications

· 
Bachelor's student or recent graduate 

· 
Good command of English and Spanish (Upper-Intermediate or higher);

· 
Strong communication, leadership and analytical capabilities;

· 
Respective university degree might be in priority.
