YOUR ROLE

At P&G, our Brand Management teams are the vision and strategy behind each of our brands. Together, we create irresistible, meaningful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.

 

Use your drive and ingenuity! From Day 1, you are the manager of your business and will put your ideas into practice. You will lead the masterplans behind our product and commercial innovations as well as the marketing elements across all media. You develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics to build on consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., out-of-the-box ideas to attract new brand users, pilot campaigns on new social media platforms). You engage with agency partners and internal stakeholders from all functions to grow your brands profitably while delivering key business objectives.

 

Within the Brand Management function, you might join P&G in one of two teams:  

· 
Commercial Operations team for a particular Brand or Category

· 
Brand Operations team with responsibilities for many categories on a specific marketing touch point (Data/Digital, Media, etc.)

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

· 
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results.

· 
You are a proven strategic problem solver with first work experience in Brand Management or Marketing, ideally in a FMCG company.

· 
You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management.

· 
You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.

· 
You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.

· 
You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).

You’ve got less than 2 years of work experience after your university graduation ( excluding internships )? No problem – we also have a Graduate Entry role waiting for you to apply.
