Then, the Brand Management Traineeship at P&G is for you ! It is managerial development program and intensive preparation for a business management role in duration of 6 months. Main intention is to provide you permanent managerial position upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we value our Trainees as the key talents to full-time employment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BRAND MANAGEMENT TRAINEE:

Analyzing your business and buildings recommendations to develop your strategic & business thinking
·
Developing local consumer insights and competitive understanding together with our Analytics & Insights team
·
Building brand equities to fully meet consumers’ needs and become the preferred product choice in your market
·
Delivering winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive and ambitious environment
·
Designing & implementing communication campaigns (media, sampling, CRM, endorsements, PR, events etc.), collaborating with agencies on best-in-class plans & toolkits (regional campaign localization or development of local campaigns)
·
Co-leading strategic innovation programs (monitoring execution in market and design of future programs)
·
Cooperating with local Sales teams to understand local market & retail dynamics to feed our future plans
All of that as a part of a diverse, multi-functional and international team of managers with different functional expertise and backgrounds organized around the brands that we sell in Hungary (Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Oral B, Always, Head & Shoulders). Job Qualifications
THIS IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU:

Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties with interest in brand management
·
Have initial experience in marketing (e.g. from student organizations, volunteering, internships, education, courses etc.) and strong interest and motivation for the area
·
Are fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
·
Are available to work minimum 32 hours/week
·
Have very strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills
·
Have excellent collaboration skills and ability work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
·
Have time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable
·
You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct
