Technology Support Administrator

The IT Support Analyst primary role is to provide support and training for the technology and systems used within the Primark Ethical Trade teams including both, day to day and project requirements.

What You’ll Do:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of departments, markets and skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

·  Investigate any supply chain linking issues in the system.
·  Check that files have been transferred from systems correctly and be the first point of investigation if any issues are found.
·  First point of contact for existing users with troubleshooting use of systems used by Global Ethical Trade and Environmental Sustainability Teams.
·  I updated users’ access, such as access to view additional suppliers, if needed. I also assisted with Multi-factor authentication and connection issues.
·  Ticket escalation.
·  First point of call for hardware/desktop issues.
·  Reviewing and assisting in the rollout of any hardware within ETES, including new starters, replacement, and repair.

·  User systems support Adm experience
·  Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
·  Proficient in database systems and associated reporting and other IT tools
