Ethical Trade Administrator - Operations - 12 month Fixed term contract.
Location: Peterborough

What You’ll Do:

Data and Programme Management
Audit Data
·  Prioritise and process audit data and upload audit documents to a central database
·  Update databases as required ensuring all data is complete and 100% accurate
·  Able to enter data at the required speed but not at the expense of accuracy
Systems
·  Work within agreed KPIs to ensure systems are updated in a timely manner
·  Provision of information and documentation to buying teams, Sourcing, Ethical Trade Field/Central teams and suppliers/factories as required Programme Support
·  Lead on the monitoring aspects relating to Structural, Environmental and Solutions
·  Provide support and cover for specific monitoring programmes Structural Support
·  Liaise with the in-country team members and structural team to ensure all record keeping is complete and accurate.
·  Complete formal issue of documentation to Suppliers and Factories following Structural Assessment What You’ll Bring

·  Knowledge of audit approval processes within an Ethical Trade programme - desirable
·  Knowledge of administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
·  Confident in database systems and associated reporting and other IT tools including Power Bi
·  A self-starter who is results driven in a fast-paced environment
·  Experience working in a team orientated, collaborative environment
·  Understanding of the need to work with integrity and professionalism
