Job Scope
An integral part of our Moto team, the Marketing Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in providing a wide range of administrative support to the Moto team, including the co-ordination of sales, pricing, social media, customer and product information.
Role responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting sales team through generation of regular and ad-hoc sales reports
· Managing and co-ordination of new account applications with both the sales and credit team
· Maintenance and management of customer master file
· Co-ordinate and manage special pricing orders from the sales team with support from the Customer Service Department
· Maintenance and co-ordination of product master file, communicating new and obsolete products from the range
· Keeping our B2B web platform up-to-date with product range, content and offers.
· Monitor market requirements
· Liaise with head office in Italy on product requirements
· Generate Dealer Versions of product bulletins
· Become the In-house “go-to” product expert for Moto
· Oversee social media content with PR agency and act as a reference point for product queries
· Monitoring activity of our PR Agency
· Evaluation of social media trends and key influencers to help maintain our position as #1 for tyre digital content
· Regular reporting on competitor commercial activity and social media engagement
· Create product-centric Content and other useable social media assets (and deploy effectively) to dealer network.
· Involvement with motorcycle shows/talks
Required Qualifications and aptitudes
Education
· Good level of general education, to include Maths and English
Experience
· Commercial awareness
· Relevant experience in an administrative role, involving analysis of numerical data and reporting
· Awareness and knowledge of social media
Skills
· High level of attention to detail
· Good level of Excel and Powerpoint
· Flexible approach to work and able to work under pressure
· Ability to prioritise and organise workload, be self-motivated to ensure deadlines are achieved
· Adaptable to changing workload (peaks and troughs)
· Good communication skills
· Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
· Flexibility to work as required during critical periods (eg month end) and to support at weekend events as and when required
· Passion and interest in motorcycling essential
· Confident in sharing bike / product knowledge to others
