Main Activities:
The candidate will join  the Quality System & Process Audits Team to support the Quality Italy area.

-    Project to digitalize the QMS Italia in order to bring the System (Car/Cycling) together on a single platform;
-    Participation in the elaboration of documents relating to the management of the Quality System Italy (QMS);
-    Supply and monitoring of quantitative and qualitative dashboards on all industrial processes;
-    Cross-functional management of industrial KPIs.

Requirements:
We are looking for a graduate in Management Engineering or Material, Chemical Engineering with a minimum of experience and/or knowledge of the industrial quality sector, who demonstrates a critical approach to the topics. Fluent English.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RETAIL & KEY ACCOUNT DRIVER/ LEASING COMPANIES

Sie sind für den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Retailnetzwerks sowie für die Etablierung und Fortführung von Partnerschaftsverträgen zuständig. Ihr Ziel ist, bei der Entwicklung und der Wachstumsstrategie des Netzwerks aktiv mitzuwirken, Ihre Verkaufs- und Führungserfahrung einzubringen sowie die Verkaufsstrategien des Unternehmens erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dazu gehört auch die Forschung und Analyse von Markttrends wie auch Entwicklung von neuen Geschäftsideen.

 

Ihre Hauptaufgaben :

 

·  Driver Franchise Business Development: Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des „ Driver-Franchising-Konzepts “ sowie Etablierung und Fortführung von Partnerschaftsverträgen.

 

·  Key Account Leasing Companies:  Verantwortlich für die Geschäftsentwicklung mit Leasinggesellschaften.

 

·  Key Account Manager DRIVER :  Mitgestaltung von Verkaufs- und Marketingmassnahmen von Agom/Driver mit Pirelli Swiss Market sowie Grosskundenbetreuung.

 

Wir wünschen uns eine engagierte, kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Person mit einer exakten und speditiven Arbeitsweise, welche zudem folgende Eigenschaften und Qualifikationen mitbringt:

 

·  Verkaufskaderausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
·  Technisches Verständnis und analytisches Verständnis
·  Langjährige Vertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Automotiv Sektor
·  Verkäuferisches Geschick
·  Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
·  Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
·  Selbständiges, verantwortliches Führen und Organisieren - Sicheres Auftreten

Stillsicheres Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch/Italienisch/Englisch von Vorteil
