SAP Senior Logistic Specialist
Pirelli is looking for the following profile to join the SAP Competence Center Team within the overall Pirelli Group; specifically the candidate will be responsible to manage Business partners integration design and implementation, WM Setup and evolution, projects and developments managing both planning and SAP design and implementation within the Digital Transformation Program of Pirelli in according with Pirelli SAP.
Requested Experience:
•Bachelor degree in Management Engineering, Computer Systems (e.g. Laurea in Ing. Elettronica, Informatica o Scienze Informatiche) or equivalent.
•SAP experience in MM, WM and SD area
•EDI Integration experience
•SAP EWM experience as a plus
•Experience in IT Department of multinational Groups
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
•Knowledge of Logistics Warehouse and Distribution Processes
•Experience of Integration Project implementation
•S/4 Hana experience as a plus

•Strong objective based orientation and problem solving attitude
•Excellent propensity to teamwork and collaboration in order to establish an effective collaboration with different internal IT actors, but also Business Stakeholder, external ones, such as suppliers who develop part of the solution to be integrated, etc..

Job Scope and Role Responsibilities
To participate in the identification of opportunities and improvements to reduce waste and improve quality within the business.
Main duties include:
· Participate and support in problem solving activities to minimise scrap, improve process capability and other Quality KPI’s
· Support in the investigation and resolution of chronic quality issues to prevent reoccurrence
· Promote best quality practice across the business
· Participate and support in cross-functional improvement teams in Quality projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
· To identify and prepare quality related training, and deliver where appropriate
· Actively participate in and support the introduction of new / modified processes, software and equipment.
· Network with team members across the globe
· Create and generate reports to monitor performance
· Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes
· Adapt data systems to improve accuracy, detail and visualisation of data
As we consider the postgraduate placement to be an integral part of the team we require the following:
· Degree (Maths, Science, Engineering or Computer Science related subject preferred)
· Work experience highly desirable (undergraduate placement, factory or corporate environment preferred)
· Good keyboard skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative or in a team
· Adaptable and flexible in approach and mindset
· Excellent communication skills, able to deal with people at different levels of the organisation
· Ability to influence, negotiate and support with change

This is a postgraduate placement opportunity targeted at a recent graduate, which will provide 2 years worth of fantastic hands on work experience within a busy corporate organisation. The placement will also provide an opportunity for skill development and networking. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, adaptable and flexible in their approach and who has a passion and enthusiasm for improving themselves and making a difference!
The work pattern for this role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, and the salary is £25119
