Internship - User Experience Marketing Analyst

Pirelli is seeking a new figure to join the User Experience & Analytics team with the goal of supporting the team in data analysis and identification of insights useful for the development of the main digital platforms in the consumer area.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting periodic reports to support the decision-making process (for headquarters and markets)
• Contributing to manipulation analysis of data generated by the main digital touchpoints, aimed at generating insights and optimizing user paths
• Collaborating on the design of Data Visualization solutions for monitoring KPIs (DOMO, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Studying new emerging trends such as chatbot LLM and NLP (e.g.: Open AI)
Requirements:
• Master Degree in STEM subjects or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent skills in creating and presenting reports
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have:
• Statistical, Data Mining, and Machine Learning skills
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
