Internship - Digital - IIOT

The candidate will join the IT Manufacturing team and will be involved in projects belonging to a Digital Transformation Program with an active role designing, implementing and deploying the new IIoT platform along the overall factories footprint
Core Responsibilities
• Manage the IIoT Platform project with top down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
• Provide technical experience by joining the team who’s designing the IIoT Platform and lead the implementation
• Be the Key Account in the IT department for the IIoT Platform project, communicating proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems and create solutions
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with internal customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news
• key player in the deployment of the IIoT roadmap, the end to end architecture and are capable of working through technical challenges by employing pragmatic solutions.
• Active collaboration with various other departments (IT, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, R&D etc.) to bring smart solutions into production
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, automation or related field
• Good English
• Available for missions abroad
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• General understanding of applications, servers and network security
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based projects (i.e: AWS, Azure IoT)
• General knowledge of OT/IT protocols (OPC UA, Profinet,..) and main protocols over IP (HTTP, MQTT, etc.,.)
• Good understanding of Database : SQL , TimeSeries db, NoSQL;
• Knowledge of microcontrollers programming (Raspberry PI, Arduino….)
