The intern, within the Investor Relation Direction, will support the team in the following activities:
- Maintain an effective relationship with the financial analysts in order to assure a correct flow of mutual feedback between the company and the community of investors, serving as a credible and timely source of information and primary point of contact to key investors and analysts
- Support Investor Relations policy and monitor its consistent implementation across the company, by providing the accurate financial analysis and inputs for competitors benchmarking in order to support decision making
- Ensure the delivery of the reporting required by the investment community to assess the company, drafting target and financial results
- Draft corporate presentations and key investor messages, working with multi-functional groups
- Oversee the earnings cycle process, including preparation of earnings script and press release, potential analyst Q&A, regulatory filings and other related materials, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Communication and third partie
Requirements
Outstanding track record, Fluency in English, business acumen
Strong ability in data mining, analysis, synthesis and accuracy, driven by a positive attitude in utilizing both Excel and Powerpoint, along with good relationship capabilities to work in a very result oriented environment
Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:
· Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessspezifikationen für die Reifenfertigung
· methodische Erarbeitung von Problemursachen, sowie Definition von Gegenmaßnahmen für alle Prozessschritte
· praktische Durchführung von Prozessversuchen unter Nutzung analytischer Messmethoden
· Diskussion und Bewertung der Ergebnisse im Team sowie Dokumentation durch technische Reports
· Entwicklung und Verifikation von Modellen zur wissenschaftlichen Beschreibung von Versuchsergebnissen
Hierfür bringen Sie mit:
· Ingenieurstudiengang
· sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und Access
· Kenntnisse der Programmiersprachen Python und SQL wünschenswert
· gute Englischkenntnisse

Asigura suport IT utilizatorilor in folosirea stațiilor de lucru si a programelor instalate pe acestea.
Responsabilitati
1. Preluarea, diagnosticarea si rezolvarea problemelor de natura informatica in utilizarea echipamentelor si solutiilor IT (distribuie, instaleaza, configureaza, actualizeaza si efectueaza troubleshooting pe programele standard, gestioneaza accesul utilizatorilor la resursele de retea, gestioneaza conturile Windows ale utilizatorilor etc.)
2. Asistenta utilizatorilor in folosirea echipamentelor IT si a aplicatiilor standard ce ruleaza pe acestea
3. Evaluarea corecta si redirectionarea problemelor semnalate catre alte departamente de competenta in caz de necesitate
4. Analizarea periodica a problemelor recurente cu scopul de a lua masuri care sa anulezeeduca frecventa lor
Cerinte profil
Educatie: Facultatea de Automatica, Calculatoare si Electronica, Facultatea de Matematică şi Ştiinte ale Naturii (Departamentul Informatica), Facultatea de Litere.
Competente minime: -Cunostinte de medii despre ambientul IT (HW & SW)
-Cunostinte de medii despre sistemul de operare MS Windows
-Cunosiinte medii despre pachetul MS Office
-Cunostinte avansate limba germana
Experiența: orice experienta profesionala anterioara in domeniul IT \ User Support precum si cunostintele de limba italiana, engleza sau spaniola constituie un avantaj.
Altele: aptitudini foarte bune de comunicare scrisa si orala, gandire analitica, abilitati sporite in efectuarea unui troubleshooting eficient conform procedurilor interne, spontaneitate, atitudine pozitiva, proactiva, orientata catre client si lucru in echipa.
