Main activities and responsibility:

· Planning and control of head count, personnel costs and major KPIs relating to Human Resources;
· Key Headquarter interface for all Human Resources cost controlling related topics for all regions and foreign affiliates;
· Standard and ad hoc reporting, consolidation of worldwide affiliate’s data;
· Maintain overview on the accuracy of data system;
· Analyze the discrepancies between actuals vs. budget / forecast;
· Support the activities of Finance and Business Planning.

Requirements

Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering;

Fluency in English in written and spoken, other languages are a plus;

Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeedwithin complex organizations;

Well organized individual with ability to perform under time pressure;

Highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment toexcellence, including attention to detail and accuracywith the ability to manage sensitive information.
