We are Pierre Fabre Greece, an affiliate of Pierre Fabre Group .

The company's products represent a continuum ranging from prescription drugs, dermo-cosmetics (Avène, Ducray, A-Derma...), to consumer health care (family health care, oral care and natural health) and oncology.

Your mission

Key Responsibilities:

·  Communicate with existing and potential customers via phone to promote the company's products and services.
·  Provide excellent customer service and support in the order placement process through the B2B platform.
·  Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
·  Manage and monitor orders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
·  Inform customers about new offers, products, and services.
·  Collaborate with the sales team and other internal teams to achieve sales targets.
·  Record and update customer and order information in the company's CRM system.

·  Knowledge of using B2B platforms and CRM systems. optional)
·  In case the employee is based out-of-Athens, the position will be with remote work
