Your mission
Description and requirements of the position:
As a Product Manager within Marketing you will usually be office based. The role encompasses marketing and sales in collaboration with local marketing director and headquarters (product brand planning), You develop country level brand strategy and action plans, develop relationships with opinion leaders in the country and implement the promotional communication strategy and tactics for the country.
The main responsibilities are:
The Product Manager is responsible for the implementation of the product strategy, the marketing plan and all related marketing and sales activities (involving medicine, group of medicines and OTC/healthcare products). The Product Manager is involved with pricing, nationally or in collaboration with marketing, sales, and account management. The element of financial activity extends to budgets, sales results, and analysis.
In summary, the main roles and responsibilities are:
· Implementation of strategic business and marketing plans, in collaboration with, opinion leaders, round tables and other advisory groups;
· joint financial responsibility for budgets (advertising and promotion, conferences, sales brochures and other product documentation, literature), as well as analysis of budget income and costs;
· initiating and coordinating marketing activities and projects
· presenting to, and training the field staff
· visiting national and international congresses, and hospitals and key opinion leaders (KOLs);
· translating the corporate brand strategy in close collaboration with the local marketing director with headquarters, together with logos and visuals.
· being a discussion partner for first, second and third-line professionals such as general practitioners, medical specialists, pharmacists and other medical professionals.
· acting as a discussion leader or giving product presentations.
· partner with medical affairs and regulatory to ensure effective development and implementation of strategies.
· Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable legal requirements and regulations
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
· Drive excellence in commercial efforts, including business planning / forecasting and KPI reporting;

Educational Background
· Advanced degree will be preferred.
Professional Experience
· At least 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical market;
· Soft / hard skills
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
· Excels in established environments with a mandate to innovate and drive change.
· Negotiation Skills and Project & time management skills at high level
· Solutions driven, positive thinker, Initiative taker & team player
· Fluency in English
· Interpersonal and presentation skills; PC skills (Office suite)
