Your mission
MISSION
Key Account Specialist assists in managing and nurturing relationships with the company's most important clients. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. The Key Account Specialist works closely with sales, marketing, logistics and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Customer Relationship
- Develop and strengthen long-term partnership with existing customers
- Build up company and brand awareness using throughout knowledge of the commercial policies defined by the brands
- Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients and ensure they receive high quality customer service
Sales Growth
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue
Market
- Perform analysis of customers and markets, aiming to reach the right target audience
- Build an action plan (trade plan, merchandising plan, etc.)
- Consider and evaluate competitors’ steps and/or market changes that impact the company business.
- Provides PF stakeholders with the insight and feedback gained from customer interactions. Identify business challenges and opportunities and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, logistics and other internal departments to deliver a seamless experience to key accounts.
ADDITIONAL ROLE(S)
Support to Trade Marketing Manager (preparation of online marketing materials for various key account and non-key account customers)
