Your mission
· You contribute to the Medical Visit Strategy. You are responsible for achieving the necessary Sell-Out sales results, driven by prescription;
· You are responsible for Product Mix, Targeting, Team Structure and Sizing;
· You manage, coordinate, inform, coach and train your team of Medical Representatives;
· You ensure the implementation, monitoring and optimization of team activities for better profitability of your team. You ensure via BI the execution of the Sales Force Excellence KPIs;
· You collaborate with the Business Analyst in order to analyze and adapt our CRM capabilities (Veeva Sales Force) and to deliver and share the Sell-Out results with internal stakeholders (IQVIA-Reddata);
· You work closely with Marketing & Training Department on the necessary tools to support your team’s daily work;
· You contribute to the preparation of budgets, then oversee the execution of the entrusted budgets and analyze the results and assess profitability;
· You understand the pharmaco-legal framework and make sure your team acts properly.
Who you are ?
· You hold a higher degree in Commercial/ Marketing/ Health/ Science;
· You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading medical teams, ideally in the pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetics markets;
· You are able to communicate fluently in Dutch - French - English;
· You are triggered also by the dermatological pathologies;
· You communicate easily, you are a tough negotiator and you show impactful coaching skills;
· You are a master of reporting tools;
· You understand the legal framework regarding the relationship between medical promotion and local regulations;
· You work fluently with MS Office.
